MERRY CHRISTMAS

I believe Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem and that the angel of the Lord said to the Shepard's, "Fear not: for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 'Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.'"
Merry Christmas everyone. I hope your year has been one filled with happiness in spite of all the sorrow in the world. My wish for the coming year is that our lives will be filled with goodness toward each other. That we will be a little more friendly to all we meet, a little more kind to those we love. God bless all good people everywhere.

EVEN MORE PRETTY PAPER

You know I love those Crafty Crow people....I think these are so pretty! Also check out these, and these!!! I vividly remember the first time I ever saw a construction paper chain. My neighbors were making one when I happened over to their house, and because this was before I was in grade school and had never seen one, I thought it was so beautiful. Did any of you ever make one for your Christmas tree?
Happy crafting!

A SPARKLE CHRISTMAS

I put out all my sparkly cream, silver and gold decorations.
Being a child of the 60's I grew up with Christmas being a very sparkly time of year. I remember even the Christmas cards being glittered. All things glittered make me so happy.
Glitter has become more popular the past few years, and now you can find even more sparkle and glittered things.
Most of these ornaments are very old and purchased from White Flower Farmhouse .....I love them all!
