My house is deathly quiet. It was SO much fun to have my children and grandchildren at my house for 2 weeks.
I noticed when my youngest daughter left home years ago, not only are they gone physically, but there is no TV, music, showers, or friends. 
It feels like that today, so now I must find things to keep myself company. Thank goodness I bought peaches on my way back from the airport. I can look forward to peach jam, and maybe I will sew!

I love this post title...perfect! We still have one at home...but it's already so much quieter than when we had several teenagers along with their friends here all the time!
Glad you have things to fill up the time constructively. I'm sure your children and grandchildren love that you like to create, too!

I was just thinking tonight about how young the kids are now, but later I will only be able to remember it being this way and I will probably miss it. I am enjoying this stage of life!
