Is anyone doing the Tisket-a tasket block of the month by Anne at Bunny Hill Designs? I have always been a numbers person, I think it would be fun to know how many are dong this....but after doing my first two....I don't like them, I love everyone else's...do you ever feel that way?
I had intended to use all scraps and not buy anymore fabric, but I am changing my mind, and I think I love that Sweet fabric from Moda by Urban Chicks. ......I used background fabric that I have had probably 10 years...but I don't like it either....so I am making an executive decision and go buy some sweet, SWEET fabric!!!

We're getting our packages ready! I know how it is, loving other peoples work more than your own, but I have to say your blocks are so adorable! I'm sure they are just as cute as all the others out there. I always love your choice in fabrics.
Cute blocks! Love the sweet fabric and although I'm resisting temptation to buy more fabric everyone is weakening my defenses.
I am doing the those blocks. I am working on the last two at this time. I do see whole lot out there that I really like but I am sticking to what I have done my blocks in so far. I think yours are very cute. I just think they are cute done in any fabrics.

Thank you for sharing your "basket blocks"! It is so much fun to see all of the different versions of the blocks! I am also in love with that "SWEET" fabric. (I have it in my stash..)

Ditto on loving the Sweet fabric. A group of my quilting friends are doing the Tisket blocks each month, we have pictures of them on the Quilting Friends social network which is http://quiltingfriends.ning.com (hope it's ok to include that address) I believe there is also a Flickr group for the blocks. Have you seen the ones by Happy Zombie? SOO cute! I am cheating, I'm waiting until everyone finishes theirs (for the entire year) and then I'm going to do mine! No, I am saving the patterns because I don't have time but want them for later. Thanks for sharing your blocks.
