I love gingerbread! Haven't made it for years... Do you like ginger as a taste generally? I put it in my banana bread and I must confess to having a little ginger wine in my fridge (Stones Green Ginger Wine) - it's good to splash a little in home made fruit salad on a hot summer's day (like today)!

Very cute gingerbread men. I didn't have time to make mine this year. Maybe next year... I'll have to start in August!
